AI can make bad business judgment much faster.

  1. No direction
    YouIncrease margin

The agent knows the task, but not what matters

It can draft a plan, proposal, or analysis without knowing this quarter's priorities, the tradeoffs you accept, or the promises you have already made.

  2. False economy
    YouDraft the contract
    AgentDone. I reused last year's terms ✍️

    Fast output creates slow cleanup

Employees save an hour making work that a manager, lawyer, operator, or customer team must unwind because the agent used the wrong assumptions.

  3. Inconsistent calls
    YouWhat's our discount limit?
    AgentI was told 30% 🀷

Every employee teaches AI a different company

Pricing rules, approval paths, customer commitments, and operating principles turn into personal prompts, so the answer changes with the person and tool.

  4. Lost learning
    YouDidn't legal reject that?

The same correction keeps happening across chats

A good judgment call stays inside one conversation. The next employee and the next agent repeat the same mistake.

Make one good correction available to everyone

Review useful learnings once, then publish them as current context for the people and agents that need them.

Start with one costly, repeated workflow.

Pick a workflow where people use AI often and leaders keep correcting the same business mistakes. Give those agents the context that should shape the work, then expand from there.

  1. Step 1

    Publish the business brief

Capture the priorities, customer commitments, rules, and approved methods that change the quality of the decision.

  2. Step 2

Connect the agents employees already use

Deliver approved company and team context to connected agents based on who uses them. Keep task-specific methods available without asking people to rebuild prompts.

  3. Step 3

    Review what the company learns

Turn useful corrections into approved context so the next person starts with better judgment.

Questions executives ask.

Short answers about business control, employee autonomy, adoption, and rollout.

Does Alignbase monitor employees?

Alignbase records session metadata for supported connected agents. When conversation capture is supported and enabled, it can also record prompts and final responses. It records the context it served, but does not capture tool inputs, tool outputs, attachments, reasoning, or every downstream action, and it does not claim to measure whether someone followed every instruction.

What business context should we publish first?

Start with information that changes a decision: current priorities, customer promises, pricing and approval limits, decision rights, operating principles, and the few methods your best people use repeatedly.

Will this slow employees down?

The goal is the opposite. Employees should spend less time rebuilding company context in prompts and less time fixing work that used the wrong assumptions.

Can different teams receive different direction?

Yes. Groups simplify access, and Resource roles control who can discover or change context. Independent agent and Group routes deliver company, division, team, project, and job-function context to the connected agents that should receive it.

Who controls changes to company context?

You decide who can write, review, and publish each area of context. Agent learnings can become proposals, but reviewed versions are what reach the broader company.

Where should we start?

Choose one high-volume workflow with visible rework, such as proposals, account research, operating reviews, or policy-heavy analysis. Prove the value there before expanding.
